About Mortar & Pestle

I am from Perth, Western Australia and am the owner, operator and creator of Mortar & Pestle. I make cupcakes of all sizes and flavours for any occasions - Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers - anything you can think of!

My love of all things food started as a child and I have been baking since I before I was able to reach the bench! I specialise in sweet food - especially cupcakes.

An example of my cupcakes is above  - a ginger cupcake with lemon cream cheese frosting and lemon jelly stars. I can also accomodate dietary requests such as diabetic friendly or gluten free cupcakes.

My biggest order recently was for charity - the RSPCA Cupcake Day 2010 - baked over 300 cupcakes and raised $450 for the RSPCA WA.
